A new E-business programme, open to businesses in Waltham Forest, Enfield and Redbridge, is designed to address this issue and empower owners, as well as their employees, with the expert advice, guidance and hands-on training and support they need to get to grips with digital skills and grow their businesses successfully. The scheme is FREE as it’s supported by Local London and Enfield, Waltham Forest and Redbridge Councils, it is delivered by Enterprise Enfield.
Through the E-business programme, participants have access to expert Digital Advisers and Business Advisers who will assess their current use of digital technology and then work with them to implement actions to boost their online presence and save time and money by maximising their business efficiency. All the advice, guidance and support is specifically tailored to the needs of the individual business. Areas for support can include help to:
- Boost online presence
- Enhance websites and search engine ranking
- Improve the effectiveness of social media and digital marketing
- Implement more effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Make better use of e-commerce and online payments, such as: e-accounting / e-insurance / e-banking
- Enhance cyber-security and back-up systems
As well as receiving expert advice and
guidance, all participants and their staff will have the opportunity to learn more by
attending a range of digital webinars and workshops and will
have the opportunity to meet and collaborate with other participants on the
programme at networking events.
To
be eligible to receive support businesses should be trading for over 6 months
and be located in one of the following boroughs: Enfield, Waltham Forest or Redbridge (other
eligibility requirements apply). Businesses can get further
